Podere Lesignano’s Educational Farm is a place of discovery, hands-on experience and direct contact with nature. Through practical activities and workshops, children, teenagers and adults can explore the world of farming in an authentic and engaging way, discovering the value of the land, its rhythms and its traditions.
Our approach is based on “learning by doing”: sowing, harvesting, observing, transforming and experimenting become meaningful opportunities for learning and sharing.
We believe that direct contact with the land, plants and animals is essential for developing respect, curiosity and awareness of the environment and the food we eat.
The activities are designed for schools, families, groups and anyone looking to enjoy an educational and immersive experience in a welcoming and inspiring natural setting.

From Grape to Wine
An engaging journey into the ancient winemaking tradition of the region, offering an up-close look at every stage of the process that transforms grapes into wine. The experience begins in the vineyards, with an introduction to grape cultivation and harvesting, before continuing with hands-on activities and demonstrations focused on the winemaking process in the cellar.
From Wheat to Piadina
Visit to the wheat field with a demonstration of the cultivation, harvesting and threshing stages, discovering the traditional techniques used to produce flour. The experience continues with a hands-on workshop dedicated to making piadina: each guest will have their own fully equipped workstation to prepare and cook their very own handmade piadina.
Traditional Cooking Classes
A culinary heritage passed down from generation to generation, a way of staying healthy and enjoying life. Piadina and its traditional pairings, tagliatelle al ragù, baked lasagna and passatelli in broth are just some of the dishes we offer our guests — authentic examples of the Romagna cuisine celebrated around the world.
